FLEXTM
Description
Product Description FLEX™ is a proprietary blend of organic polymers formulated to provide a non-chloride alternative for dust control and soil stabilization. FLEX provides a smooth, hardened surface when applied correctly. Surfaces treated with Flex will shed water in heavy precipitation events which will reduce loss of soil or road base.

Recommendations
Water the road the day prior to application to introduce moisture into the surface. Apply water to the road the day of the application. Blade the base into a windrow while con-tinuing to add water to increase moisture level while blading. The base should almost have a “sheen” when it comes off the blade. Once the road base has reached the “sheen” consistency, add FLEX to the windrow (.25lbs per s.y.). Begin mixing the base and rough grade. Once the rough grade is complete compact with a rubber tire roller. Final grade and roll with rubber tire. Apply water in one pass, it is okay if the water runs off the road, FLEX will remain in the road and will not follow the water. Minimize traffic for about 30 minutes if possible and then allow regular vehicle traffic. Larger trucks could cause some slight pulling, but Flex will heal itself with additional wa-ter and traffic
