The executive team at EnviroTech has been instrumental in the company achieving the leadership position it now holds, and committed to staying innovative and mindful of our mission.

Roger Knoph, President and Chief Executive Officer
Roger Knoph incorporated EnviroTech Services, Inc in 1989 to fill a need for a more environmentally friendly dust control for road and various agricultural applications. He later expanded the company’s manufactured product line to include de-icing products. His vision has made EnviroTech Services one of the largest distributors of dust control and de-icing products in the United States and Canada. The business relationships he has developed through his role on various committees in Weld County and his generous support of local organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Weld County, exemplify his understanding of and dedication to the community where he was raised. Roger was recognized in 2006 with the Bravo Award for Entrepreneur of the Year by Northern Colorado Business Report. Today Roger is a Director for UMB Bank of Colorado, N.A. and Chairman of Upstate Colorado, Leadership Council.

Kevin Whyrick, Chief Financial Officer
Kevin Whyrick joined EnviroTech in 1996 as Controller. With his attention to detail and skill with numbers, his talents lead him to the role of CFO and a leader on many strategy teams. Kevin is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Mathematics & Statistics (Actuarial Science). He sits on the Board of the Greeley Transitional House and as an accomplished athlete, he enjoys opportunities to mentor young athletes in the community in Track & Field.

Matt Duran, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Matt Duran joined EnviroTech shortly after it was incorporated in 1989. His direct leadership of the EnviroTech Sales Team has been vital in the success of the company throughout the United States and Canada. A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Matt has been an advocate for public education for many years and currently holds membership on the Board of Directors for the Adams 50 Education Foundation, Hyland Hills Foundation, Board of The Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, Kids In Need of Dentistry and the Westminster Colorado Rotary Club. Prior to this, he served twelve years on Adams County School District 50 Board of Education.

Steve Bytnar, Director of Research & Quality
Steve Bytnar joined the EnviroTech team in 2002 having worked as a chemist in the fields of de-icing and dust control. In 2008 Steve and EnviroTech were profiled on the front page of the Wall Street Journal for their forward thinking and focus on performance and the environment when developing new de-icing products. This focus has resulted in multiple patents in the fields of highway de-icing and dust control/stabilization of unimproved gravel roads. Steve is the leader in Research & Quality, Logistics and strategy teams. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Greeley Transitional House and has been actively involved in the local school district. Steve graduated from Dakota State University with a Bachelors of Biology for Information Systems.

Neil Parker, Vice President of Operations
Neil Parker began his relationship with EnviroTech Services, Inc as a sub-dealer of de-icing and dust control products for Colorado’s Western Slope region in 1994. EnviroTech hired Neil full time in 2001 when his ability to generate sales while driving and applying product showed his value to ESI and his potential as an addition to the company. In 2003 Neil became the Colorado Western Slope Operations Manager for the company. In 2004 he relocated to the State of Washington to open an operations facility for the Pacific Northwest Region. Most recently Neil returned to Colorado to lead the entire operations department which currently consists of seven fully- operational facilities and 63 outside distribution connections. Neil is on the Evans Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors and is a regular volunteer for the Outreach Committee.
