When Boothill ("West"- durablend application) and Buckboard ("East"- 7030 application) roads were observed on Friday, June 3rd at 1:00 pm, there were some slight differences in the appearance of the roads. Both roads were dry when observed. More of the frequent, small potholes that had been observed on the roads the past couple of weeks could be seen this week on the 7030 portion of road. All of the potholing on the 7030 portion of road is forming right down the center lane. On the shoulders of the 7030 portion of road, leaching of the product was also visible this week (view this weeks photos for a photo of the shoulder). The same amount of wash boarding and potholes as last week were visible around the curves on the durablend portion of road this week, but the potholes from last week that were present on the straight aways have appeared to heal themselves slightly, making them less pronounced in the roadway. Potholes on both roads were approximately the same size as last week. No dust was visible on either road when observed.
